│
PARTNER WITH P2TCCB AS A PROGRAM / INITIATIVE
The RYE Foundation partners with community organizations and internal initiatives, including the Pathway to Trade, College, Career & Business (P2TCCB) framework, to deliver education-based prevention and workforce readiness programming. Programs are facilitated by Foundation leadership and qualified volunteers, advisors, and partners.
RYE Foundation is not competing with churches or other nonprofits.
It’s a neutral container that can help grants flow cleanly.
My core focus is a program called P2TCCB — Pathway to Trade, College, Career, and Business.
It’s an education-first framework designed to reduce risk and increase opportunity.
Clarify Roles
RYE Foundation brings the program framework and does not replace or compete with any church or nonprofit.
Churches and nonprofits bring community trust, space, and people.
Where RYE Foundation fits
The RYE Foundation exists as a separate 501(c)(3) layer that can help with nonprofit-only grants, coordination, and compliance, when needed.
Money clarity
Each organization keeps control of its own funding.
.
Notes:
A ready-made program framework (P2TCCB)
No takeover of their organization
Optional collaboration
Additional grant access through RYE Foundation
Shared outcomes without shared risk
HOW GRANTS WILL WORK
Personal / Program Grants:
Applied for under P2TCCB
Delivered through partnerships
Nonprofit / Community Grants:
Applied for under Partner churches or RYE Foundation
P2TCCB used as the program model
Churches act as hosts / delivery partners
This is normal in the nonprofit world.
GOVERNANCE RULE
Any compensation follows standard nonprofit governance and conflict-of-interest rules.
Our next steps will be:
Identify church partners
Identify one grant lane
Decide who applies for what
Prepare the first submission
