What Is P2TCCB Literacy?
P2TCCB Literacy is a community-based learning framework, not a single app or curriculum. It provides structured support for learners who need foundational reading, writing, and comprehension skills to succeed in school, work, or entrepreneurship.
It can be implemented in:
- Schools
- Churches and community centers
- Nonprofit programs
- Workforce development sites
- Adult education and GED/HiSET programs
- Home-based or family learning environments
Who This Serves
- Early Childhood (EC–5) students reading below grade level
- Middle & High School students promoted without mastery
- Adults with low literacy or confidence gaps
- GED/HiSET learners preparing for exams
- Workforce participants needing functional reading and writing
- Parents/caregivers learning alongside children
- Returning learners re-entering education after life interruptions
This model removes stigma and replaces it with skill-building and confidence.
