Proposed 10% Licensing and Services Fee
The fee should not be described only as an administrative fee.
It represents licensing, technology, recruitment, implementation,
referral tracking, onboarding, technical support, and operational services.
RYE shall receive a licensing and services fee equal to ten percent
(10%) of gross tuition, scholarship, enrollment, program, and other
educational revenue actually received by the School for each student
first introduced, referred, recruited, enrolled, assigned, or supported
through RYE, the RYE Partnership Network™, RYE EdTech™, a RYE referral
source, or a RYE-supported co-op, microschool, or satellite location.
The final agreement should also define renewals, siblings, transfers,
continuing enrollment, payment deadlines, school reporting, audit rights,
and what happens to active students after termination.
